bed:

that lofty, rested place;

     where the body lays in
                           place
       and slowly breathes
      with tallying hours
                  of wear;

      where it lays
         and lays
            and lays,
               and lays,
                      wearing off
                             the wear,
              that stressing wear,
        it wears
             weighing down years and
        wearing life's conflicting contentions
     and it wears and it wears and wears;

where the minutes of wonder
     where you spend time to think about things
          or some thing
     or a thing
          or anything;

where the body lays there
    laying off that wear,
        still wearing,
          like flinging off underware
